We are looking for a passionate and independent Field Service Technician, ready to work directly with clients to install, maintain, and ensure the proper functioning of our equipment.
In this key role, you don't just repair: you become a true partner to the client, contributing to their satisfaction and loyalty while participating in the company's growth.

Your daily responsibilities:

• Install and maintain equipment at client sites
• Quickly diagnose technical problems and propose effective solutions
• Train clients on the optimal use of equipment
• Promote products and services during service calls
  Manage your inventory of replacement parts and equipment
  Write clear and concise service reports detailed
• collaborate closely with internal technical teams
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
• Build and maintain trusting relationships with customers

The profile we are looking for:

• Bilingual French/English
• Proven experience in field service
• Team spirit and excellent customer service skills
• Strong skills in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining technical equipment
• Excellent communication and listening skills
