The Role Reporting to the Sales Director, the successful candidate will supervise an operations team, monitor sales targets, and play a key role in the strategic development of the territory. Main Responsibilities Lead, coach, and motivate a team of professionals Monitor individual and team sales targets Analyze sales results and propose corrective action plans Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to optimize the customer experience Client Participate in the development of new markets and the maintenance of strategic client relationships Maintain a regular field presence with clients and the team

Desired Profile

• 5 years of sales experience
• Experience in the industrial or manufacturing sector
• Natural leadership, strong motivational and communication skills
• Results-oriented with strong analytical skills
• Valid driver's license (occasional travel within the region)
• Bilingualism (an asset)
