What You’ll Be Doing:

Read and interpret blueprints for fabrication and weld specifications.
Perform MIG and Flux Core welding to assemble components.
Operate shop equipment and follow general steel manufacturing practices.
Conduct safety and quality checks to ensure compliance with company standards.
Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with safety policies.
Ensure tools and equipment are well-maintained and meet operational standards.
Work efficiently to meet shift objectives while adhering to safety guidelines.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of Welder experience.
CWB FCAW ticket is an asset.
Proficiency in MIG and Flux Core welding.
Ability to bend, crouch, and lift up to 50 lbs.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Mechanically inclined with a willingness to learn.
Valid driver's license.
