Job Description
Are you an autonomous, meticulous technician who is passionate about ventilation systems? Do you want to play a key, technical, and specialized role where your expertise has a direct impact on building performance and customer satisfaction?
Here is an opportunity within a well-established company in Quebec, recognized for the quality of its interventions and the trust of its clientele. You will work on various projects (schools, hospitals, commercial buildings, factories), in an environment focused on quality, autonomy, and respect for well-done work.
Main Responsibilities
Measure air flows at main fans and diffusers in different areas of the buildings.
Analyze results to assess the performance of ventilation systems.
Perform air balancing of systems when required.
Check the mechanical condition of equipment (fans, pulleys, belts, etc.) to prevent failures.
Write technical reports and transmit data digitally.
Provide technical recommendations to clients when necessary.
Work independently on job sites, from start to finish of projects.
Desired Profile
Relevant experience in air balancing or in a related HVAC field.
Ability to work independently and deliver complete projects.
ASP Health and Safety card (mandatory).
Valid driver's license.
Flexible schedule (mainly at night, according to building operation hours).
Personal qualities: attention to detail, reliability, sense of responsibility, good customer service.
Working Conditions
Full-time position, Monday to Friday (35 to 40 hours/week).
Mostly night work (outside of business operation hours).
Possibility of overtime, paid at time and a half.
Travel mainly within the Greater Montreal area and surroundings.
Diverse and non-routine projects.
Offered Benefits
Competitive salary of $80,000 to $100,000 based on experience.
