Responsibilities
Create production files Create and print work orders Print production timesheets, hardware lists, and contract reviews Update the production board: enter orders at the start of production and record completion date upon delivery “As-Is” section: source material prices for repeat orders Initiate production Prepare client bids and validate purchase orders Adjust bids as needed based on client changes Ensure accuracy of work orders Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client information Analyze requests, read drawings and specifications Identify the most efficient and cost-effective production methodsDesired Skills
Organized, autonomous, and proactive. A strong communicator capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Highly analytical with a rigorous work ethic. Meticulous and highly detail-oriented. Comfortable with or knowledgeable about the sheet metal industry (an asset).Experience
