Project Manager

We are looking for someone who knows how to manage, anticipate, bring people together… and who doesn’t panic when the plan changes at the last minute (because it happens, let’s admit it).

What you will do (and you will love it):

• Be the project leader: mobilize teams, organize, decide (and sometimes save the situation at the last second).
  

• Manage the entire project lifecycle: from design to final delivery, with pride.
  

• Collaborate with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and colleagues without ever forgetting to smile.
  

• Plan, organize, track timelines and budgets like a pro.
  

• Identify risks, anticipate them (if possible), and propose effective solutions.
  

• Manage contracts, procurement, and changes with rigor.
  

• Control quality, comply with standards, laws, and specifications (yes, it’s important).
  

• Keep everyone informed, motivated, and focused on objectives.

What we are looking for (we're not asking for the moon, just solid qualifications):

• Between 5 and 20 years of experience in construction project management.
  

• Experience in the commercial, industrial, or multi-residential sector.
  

• A degree (BAC, DEC, or AEC) in architecture, civil engineering, estimation, or another relevant field.
  

• A good command of tools: MS-Office (Excel, Project, Teams, etc.).
  

• An excellent sense of organization, leadership, and decision-making.
  

• Clear, structured, and human communication.
  

• A good sense of humor? Bonus.
  

• A high level of professionalism and ethics.
  

• The ability to manage multiple projects at once without losing your cool (or your coffee).
