- Conduire un véhicule de l’entreprise le long d’un itinéraire quotidien prédéterminé pendant 8 à 10 heures pour récupérer les animaux décédés avec soin des cliniques vétérinaires locales et les ramener à notre centre de soins.
- Entretenir et conduire sécuritairement le véhicule.
- Agir comme un prolongement de l’équipe de soins aux clients – est le visage des services Crémanimo chez le vétérinaire.
- Entretenir une relation respectueuse et professionnelle avec les clients.
- Maintenir une attitude positive, empathique et professionnelle envers les clients en tout temps.
- Répondre rapidement aux demandes des clients pour assurer leur satisfaction et résoudre les problèmes sur place dans la mesure du possible. S’assurer que les problèmes sont transmis aux autres membres de l’équipe au besoin.
- Veiller à ce que les processus soient bien compris et répondent aux questions des clients en conséquence.
- Tenir des dossiers sur les problèmes d’entretien des véhicules et les communiquer au gestionnaire des installations.
- Communiquer et coordonner avec les autres membres de l’équipe, au besoin.
- Travailler avec un minimum de supervision. Être fiable, travaillant et autonome.
- S’assurer que les normes de service sont respectées en fonction de procédures bien établies.
- Gérer les difficultés pour obtenir des résultats positifs.
- Aider le personnel des opérations au besoin.

Permis de conduire valide et dossier de conduite A1 exigés / Capacité de soulever des charges lourdes à répétition.

Date de début d'emploi dès que possible.

Poste permanent / 5 jours/semaine, entre 30 h et 40 h.
