Logistics and Inventory Supervisor

As a supervisor, you will be at the heart of operational activities and play a key role in optimizing processes and achieving objectives. You will ensure the effective management of the team, while guaranteeing the quality, safety, and productivity of operations.

Your Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and motivate your team to ensure optimal performance.
• Plan and organize work schedules and rotations to maximize efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and productivity standards.
• Actively participate in the continuous improvement of operational processes.
• Effectively manage human and material resources.
• Identify and resolve daily operational problems.
• Maintain a safe and motivating work environment.

Your Profile

• College diploma in operations management or a related field related.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in team supervision.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in standard computer applications.
• 100% French – Functional English (communication with other plants).
