Abris Crystal est une entreprise spécialisée dans la vente et la location d’abris, de tentes de fête et d’équipements de réception. Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) contremaître ou contremaîtresse des services d’installation pour se joindre à notre équipe.

DESCRIPTION DES TÂCHES

Préparer des rapports de production et d'autres rapports

Établir des méthodes afin de respecter les horaires de travail

Coordonner les activités des sous-traitants

Résoudre les problèmes professionnels, fournir des conseils techniques et recommander des mesures visant à améliorer la productivité et la qualité des produits

Superviser, coordonner et planifier (et possiblement passer en revue) les activités des travailleurs

EXIGENCES

Expérience minimale de 2 ans comme contremaître ou contremaîtresse des services d’installation

Capacité à encadrer une équipe de 3 à 4 personnes

Bonne capacité d’organisation, de leadership et de communication

Aptitude à résoudre les problèmes sur le terrain

CONDITIONS DE TRAVAIL

Environnement de travail : extérieur

Horaire : lundi au vendredi, de 8 h à 16 h

Vacances : 2 semaines de vacances payées par année

Date prévue d’entrée en fonction : dès que possible
