Vous serez le lien stratégique entre le chantier, les équipes de projet, les sous-traitants et les partenaires, garantissant une exécution fluide, rigoureuse et performante des projets.

Votre rôle

Relevant de l’équipe de gestion de projets, vous jouerez un rôle central dans la coordination des activités de chantier, le suivi administratif et le respect des échéanciers, des budgets et de la qualité d’exécution.

Vous serez un véritable chef d’orchestre opérationnel sur le terrain.

Vos principales responsabilités

Coordination et suivi de chantier

Coordonner les sous-traitants, fournisseurs et intervenants du chantier
Participer aux réunions de chantier et de coordination
Rédiger les procès-verbaux et assurer le suivi des actions
Assurer le respect des échéanciers, des livrables et des priorités

Gestion documentaire et technique

Gérer, recevoir, classer et diffuser la documentation technique (dessins d’atelier, QRT, directives, addendas, etc.)
Assurer la mise à jour et le partage des documents de chantier
Saisir et suivre les bons de commande

Contrôle et soutien opérationnel

Effectuer les prises de mesures et les relevés de quantités
Suivre les travaux et appuyer l’équipe dans la coordination quotidienne
Superviser et coordonner les coulées de béton

Profil recherché

Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre rigueur, votre sens de l’organisation et votre capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités dans un environnement de chantier dynamique.

Exigences

Formation en architecture, génie civil ou construction (DEC ou BAC)
Expérience dans le domaine de la construction multirésidentielle
Excellente capacité d’organisation et de gestion des priorités
Sens aigu du détail, de la qualité et du respect des standards
Esprit d’analyse, jugement et capacité à résoudre des problèmes

Maîtrise des outils suivants :
