Votre rôle comprendra les\nresponsabilités suivantes : connecter avec nos clients pour faire la\npromotion de nos services et de notre capacité en matière de gestion de travaux\nen chantier; recruter et organiser le travail des surveillant.e.s de chantier,\ndes ingénieur.e.s résident.e.s et des inspecteurs.rice.s sur le site des\ntravaux dans la région, qu’ils.elles soient consultant.e.s ou employé.e.s.

Vous devrez maintenir la relation avec nos clients\npour toute intervention en chantier de l’équipe régionale de BBA. Votre performance\nsera jugée sur l’atteinte des objectifs liés à la santé et sécurité, à la qualité,\nau respect des budgets et à l’échéancier. Pour y arriver, vous serez soutenu.e par\nl’équipe d’expert.e.s du bureau de gestion de projet de BBA à laquelle vous serez\nassocié.e. Vous serez aussi appelé.e à contribuer à l’amélioration continue des\noutils et procédures de gestion de la construction de BBA.

Votre quotidien en action :

Assurer la coordination de tous.tes les intervenant.e.s en chantier dans votre région
Agir comme superviseur.e et mentor.e auprès de l’équipe de chantier affectée au projet
Veiller à l’interaction proactive entre le chantier et l’ingénierie du projet
Développer les stratégies de construction et en assurer la constructibilité
Assurer le respect du budget et de l’échéancier de construction, le cas échéant, et prendre les actions qui s’imposent
Effectuer les visites des soumissionnaires en chantier et soutenir le processus d’appel d’offres lié aux contrats de construction
Rédiger les rapports hebdomadaires et mensuels
Informer et conseiller le.la directeur.rice de projet sur les décisions liées à la construction
S’assurer que les travaux sont effectués sécuritairement selon le programme de prévention du maître d’œuvre et les 10 règles d’or de BBA
Établir et entretenir une ambiance de travail positive, dynamique et engagée auprès de son équipe et dans ses interactions avec le client
Gérer les enjeux de relations de travail simples
Participer aux réunions hebdomadaires de revue contractuelle et régler les situations de litige
Participer à l’élaboration des études de faisabilité et aux stratégies d’implantation d’un nouveau chantier
Conserver des notes judicieuses et complètes des discussions, réunions et événements en chantier

Les requis pour ce poste, en bref

Détenir un diplôme en génie ou administration, ou toute autre formation pertinente
Faire preuve de savoir-être
