What you will accomplish

Continuous Improvement & Optimization

• You implement initiatives that truly transform operations.

• You identify pain points, propose concrete solutions, and oversee their implementation.

• You analyze and monitor performance to optimize woodworking and cabinetmaking processes.

• You work with the teams to structure and standardize working methods.

Operations Management & Rapid problem-solving

• You oversee overall operations (with an experienced supervisor who manages day-to-day tasks).

• You become the go-to person for production, quality, and logistics issues.

• You ensure priorities are set, resources are coordinated, and problems are resolved effectively.

• You ensure the impeccable quality of the products and adherence to deadlines.

Customer Relations & development

• You analyze customer requests and validate their feasibility.

Mobilization & Human Leadership

• You support the supervisor and guide the floor teams.
