Sommaire de l’emploi

Se rapportant au Superviseur de la Maintenance, l’électromécanicien(ne) de soir sera responsable d’entretenir, de réparer et de maintenir les équipements de productions de façon efficace et sécuritaire. Il/elle devra supporter l’équipe de production, de qualité et d’ingénierie concernant différents enjeux ou projets d’amélioration d’équipements et d’implantation.

Plusieurs équipements dans nos usines comme des robots-soudeurs, des presses plieuses, des fours à peinture, une presse à injection plastique, des machines à découpe-laser, etc.
Salaire à partir de 32,25$ par heure (31,00$ par heure + Prime de soir de 1,25$ par heure).
Possibilité de faire du temps supplémentaire.

Responsabilités

Dépannage d’équipements

Diagnostiquer et réparer les équipements de production, d’emballage et de distribution.
Procéder au démontage et à l’assemblage mécanique des machines grâce à des plans et des instructions de travail.
Mettre à l’essai les machines et observer leurs composantes électriques, électroniques et mécaniques à l’aide d’appareils d’essai et de mesure.
Compléter les rapports de gestion et de contrôle propre au département de la maintenance.
Exécuter son travail de manière sécuritaire et respectueuse de ses collègues de travail.
Effectuer des réparations mineures sur les infrastructures, les bâtiments ou les outillages.

Maintenance préventive

Effectuer les entretiens préventifs sur les équipements et assurer le bon fonctionnement des installations.
Analyser, identifier et corriger les problèmes récurrents sur les équipements.

Projet d’améliorations-machines

Participer à des projets d’amélioration, d’automatisation et de robotisation.
Collaborer avec l’ingénierie pour l’installation, l’optimisation des équipements et l’amélioration des postes de travail.

Exigences

DEP électromécanique, DEP en mécanique industrielle ou diplôme connexe.
Minimum 5 ans d’expérience pertinente.
Connaissances en mécanique, automatisation et électricité.
Polyvalence et débrouillardise.
Capacité d'apprentissage et de résolution de problèmes.
Bonne communication verbale et écrite en français.
Souci de la qualité et du travail bien fait
Axé sur la santé et la sécurité au travail.
Bonne condition physique.
Compréhension écrite de l’anglais – lecture de documentation technique.
Détenir un permis de conduire – déplacements requis entre nos deux usines de Laval.
