Polisher
Responsibilities
Inspect received materials before finishing and select the best polishing method. Ensure a flawless finish on parts according to customer specification. Work closely with welders to achieve the best final result. Efficiently manage finishing materials and complete quality control documents (ISO). Organize and properly place finished parts on pallets for shipping. Maintain and clean equipment as well as your workspace. Participate in inventory and assist during peak periods if needed.Desired Skills
Detail-oriented, meticulous, and precise. Skilled with hands and has strong manual dexterity. Organized and able to manage time effectively. Comfortable working in a team environment.Experience
Diploma of Vocational Studies (DEP) or equivalent experience in a related field. 1 to 3 years in a similar role. Polishing stainless steel parts (No. 4 finish). Sanding and finishing steel and aluminium parts. Working on welded joints and mechanical assemblies. Reading and interpreting blueprints.
