Day shift

• Monday to thursday, 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• Full insurance, Collective retirement plan

Night shift

• Monday to thursday, 5:00 PM to 3:30 AM
• Premium for evening shifts, Full insurance, Collective retirement plan

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming material and select the best finishing method for each project
• Perform finishing and polishing on client-requested parts (steel, aluminium, stainless steel #4)
• Work closely with welders to ensure high-quality finishes on assemblies
• Properly manage finishing materials and complete quality documentation (ISO)
• Place finished parts on pallets for shipping
• Maintain and clean equipment as well as your work area
• Take part in inventory counts and help keep the workspace organized
• Support team members during absences or peak periods

Experience

• DEP in Sheet Metal Work or equivalent experience
