Responsibilities
Inspect incoming material and select the best finishing method for each project
Perform finishing and polishing on client-requested parts (steel, aluminium, stainless steel #4)
Work closely with welders to ensure high-quality finishes on assemblies
Properly manage finishing materials and complete quality documentation (ISO)
Place finished parts on pallets for shipping
Maintain and clean equipment as well as your work area
Take part in inventory counts and help keep the workspace organized
Support team members during absences or peak periods

Skilled with hands-on tasks and comfortable using polishing/sanding tools
A team player who can collaborate with other trades
Versatile and open to learning new techniques
Able to read and interpret technical drawings
Experience
DEP in Sheet Metal Work or equivalent experience
1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role
