Description of the position

• Diagnose the possible causes of failures;
• Prepare interventions with customers;
• Make the required monitoring: orders of parts and subsequent visits;
• Repair and/or change the defective parts;
• Plan preventive maintenance;
• Advise the customer on machine use and adjustments.

Your qualifications

• College diploma In mechanics, electrical or automation
• More than three (3) years of troubleshooting experience in mechanical, electrical and PLC programming
• Flexibility for work schedule
• Good analytical skills, adaptability, versatility and manual skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers
• Very good knowledge of French, good knowledge of English
• Own a car and the status required for occasional travel internationally
