The challenges awaiting you:

Raising the director, the holder plans coordinates, directs, control and evaluates all the activities of the division or those relating to the infrastructure projects conducted. by the Bureau and relations with internal stakeholders and institutional partners related to these projects, as well as the operational and administrative activities required good functioning of the downtown development office. In addition, it ensures that the structuring and strategic activities related to the development of the city center are coordinated and effectively communicated within the organization and stakeholders.

As such, he Collaborates with the Bureau's strategic planning and defines the strategy for the development and implementation of the Office's activities as to its area of ​​expertise, in accordance with the guidelines and objectives. It also ensures the administrative management of the Office in terms of human resources, material and financial resources. It recommends the measures to optimize the performance of the various activities.

Working in close collaboration with other members of the Bureau and with other municipal services, the head of division manages a multidisciplinary team of professionals dedicated to The establishment of structuring projects for the development of infrastructure projects and the development of the Triennial Immobilization Program. He sees to provide the expertise and support to municipal services relating to the realization of projects for the development of the city center and he is responsible for providing the office staff, the necessary support for all of these activities. It also oversees staff dedicated to the management of administrative and operational resources office.

As a member of the office management team, he collaborates with his proper functioning and contributes to the achievement of his Goals. It evaluates and recommends the needs of human, material and financial resources required for the proper conduct of the activities it is responsible and manages the budgets made available. It submits detailed reports and may be called upon to make presentations with respect to the activities it is responsible.

The profile sought

  • Bachelor's degree in management administrative or financial, engineering, architectural, urban planning or any other relevant area;
