main objective of the position : Relevant to the operating supervisor, the maintenance supervisor has the responsibility of the current management of human, technical and material resources entrusted to it in order to meet the needs and objectives of its sector. He supervises the team of technicians in his sector. It supports the sector towards achieving the objectives of the operational plan and the maintenance budget. He sees the continuous optimization of his management processes and compliance with the principles of continuous improvement and reliability of equipment. general responsibilities:

  • Provide technical opinions and day -to -day maintenance support;
  • Support the "maintainability" and the reliability of equipment on recurring breakage;
  • Support the operating supervisor in problem solving associated with maintenance processes;
  • Ensure the progression of action plans created by problem solving (PM review, fixes, modifications);
  • In collaboration with the reliability, ensure the precision of the information necessary for the analysis of maintenance programs and default analyzes;
  • Active participation in the deployment and management of the processes of Planning of major judgments;
  • Validate, approve and prioritize any new installation n and any request for modification of its sector (capital and non -capital);
  • keep a register of recurring breakage;
  • Participate in the process of analysis of breakdowns and resolutions of equipment problems;
  • Support project spa;
  • Develop gains in reliability and The DIs in connection with its activities;
  • Validate the results of improvement actions (audits, inspections, etc.);
  • Coordinate, participate and animate meetings associated with these activities
  • Use ABS tools (5S, DMS, SMED, KAIZEN, etc.) in these activities;

  • contribute to the preparation and achievement of budgetary objectives;
  • Perform the Current management of human, technical and material resources entrusted to it;
  • Develop and maintain good working relationships in the team and with others in order to offer the best collaboration to achieve the vision, the mission and factory objectives;
