Summary of the job:

In collaboration with his team, the incumbent will have to act as a design technician in the field of building mechanics.

More specifically, he will have the responsibilities:

  • Perform the required surveys on the work sites
  • Perform technical design in the discipline
  • Participate in modeling of mechanical concepts
  • Designing and checking plans and sketches
  • Participating in drawing up plans and specifications in the discipline
  • Preparing quantity estimates and construction costs
  • Participate in different activities related to site supervision
  • Communicate with customers or suppliers
  • Work in constant collaboration with multidisciplinary teams

  • Good knowledge of codes and standards in force
  • Knowledge and skills with the AutoCAD drawing software
