Program Administration Officer

Interested in working for the federal government? Located in Laval, this government institution wishes to acquire the services of a temporary employee within its technical services division. The selected candidate will assist existing staff in planning, delivering and controlling various federal programs.

Typical tasks may include:

- Conduct preliminary research and gather information.

- Perform data entry related to construction projects.

- Process documentation of construction projects such as invoicing, forms and other documents.

- Maintain project files.

- Contribute to the preparation of briefings, reports and presentations.

- Participate in the activities of teams or working groups, whose mission is to analyze, develop and coordinate program-based strategies and initiatives.

- Assist in different administrative tasks requiring judgment.

- Assist in the development of different programs.

- Monitor program components.

Studies and experience:

- High school diploma.

- An acceptable combination of study, training and experience.

- At least three years of relevant experience is required.


- Recent knowledge of administrative procedures in the Government of Canada.
