Our client is looking for of a project manager which will be part of a dynamic, motivated and passionate team. You will have the responsibility of the logistics of the work while ensuring good coordination with the superintendent and the foreman on the site.

responsibilities

• Coordinate beautiful projects of type: renovation, restoration and enlargement;
• Plan, supervise, negotiate and organize the execution of construction work;
• Respect the calendar, plans, estimated budgets and quotes;
• Ensure good coordination of logistics with their work team;
• Establish requirements relating to resources and budgets;

Make the cost estimate;

• Manage budgets and submit payment requests.

Profile sought

• UNIMS UNIQUE CYCLE DIVERY IN CONSTRUCTION OR CIVERATE OR CIVERTY OR DEC in civil engineering;
• 5 to 7 years of experience in a similar position;
• Training Health and general security on the Cha Construction niers (ASP Construction);
• Driving license Class 5.
