Under the authority of the Warehouse Supervisor, the incumbent is responsible for:
Main responsibilities:Order preparation & processing Produce open order report and update dashboardsCheck and take action on late ordersCheck the status of products to be placed in the distribution centerUpdate performance indicators for daily meetingsMake the physical count of products on a daily basisUpdate work instructionsTrain new employees in the distribution processReplace employees who are absent or on vacationPlace finish goods in the distribution centerProduce different performance reports to help the supervisor in his decisionsInform customer service about the status of urgent orders.
Job RequirementsHigh school degree.1-year experience in a distribution center.Knowledge with Office tools (Excel, Word).Bilingualism (English and French).Strong organizational skills.Effective communication skills.Dynamism, autonomy.Experience with forklift and RF scanner Must work Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
