Description of the position

the Service supervisor assumes the effective management of service department activities.

  • analyzes the various service reports and organizes the interventions relating to it.
  • Planning work at Coming.
  • Preparation of quotes for the workshop and the site.
  • Planning technicians in distant regions.
  • supervises technicians assigned to contracts .
  • prepares and submits warranty complaints in time. cost of current and future work.
  • attends the management and control of current work on a daily basis in order to meet the promised deadlines.
  • ensures compliance with the regulations, to policies and procedures in terms of occupational health and safety.
  • takes the necessary arrangements to prevent risky situations and put in place the necessary corrective measures.

Profile sought

  • DEP in site machine mechanics
  • Advanced knowledge of construction and forestry equipment (one major asset).
  • Aptitude to build solid interpersonal relationships.
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office software including Excel and Outlook.

Working conditions

  • Hours mainly from Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 a.m. Li> Collective insurance
