We are looking for an agent at the supply of supply for our client, a service company near the Jacques Cartier bridge. The position is temporary indefinite easily accessible by metro, bus and bixi.
Main responsibilities:
- Write and prepare bids
- Having a advisory role with customers
- Updating information from various reports and documents
- Solicit the market and negotiate agreements with suppliers
- Receive customer requests and issue vouchers
- Find solutions to contracts related to contracts
- Improve the already established processes
- Perform all other related tasks
Skills:
- Supply management or logistics training
- Experience in a similar position
- Bilingualism with very good French grammar
- Good mastery of databases
- Good knowledge of the MS Office suite (Word, Excel )
