• Offer technical support to the various customers of the company • Perform various types of tests on power equipment; • Perform circuit breakers, disconnectors, power transformers and measurement transformers • Perform programming and simulation verification of protective relay settings; • Perform pre-operational checks and commissioning of new electrical substations • Troubleshoot various electrical equipment (starters, motors, transformers, disconnectors, cables, bus bars, controls, etc.) • Conduct inspections Thermographic • Write verification, discrepancy and follow-up reports • Ensure customer satisfaction • Comply with safety requirements and rules • Write and assist in the preparation of plans and specifications, various technical reports (study , letters, memos, etc.) • Ensures the monitoring and management of projects • Coach newcomers regarding electrical tests, equipment maintenance, etc.
