Your role will be to ensure the operation, operation and modifications of our mechanical, electrical and control systems. You will also have to apply the programs of regular and preventive maintenance of the different equipment, devices and systems generating energy or services.


  • You are a person who is independent and able to find solutions to complex problems

  • Ensure proper operation (maintenance, verification and installation) of heating, ventilation, refrigeration and other related equipment. You will also have to regularly inspect these items and perform the necessary operation tests.
  • As a project manager, you will plan, monitor, and supervise the execution of contractors' work and provide technical assistance
  • Support centralized control programming to ensure optimal operation of mechanical and electrical systems
  • Oversee the operation of the ventilation systems taking into account the occupancy of the premises, manage the alarms and control the resulting actions according to the needs and the energy efficiency program
  • Control the costs of using energy sources using energy and air quality management software
  • Manage service calls (user comfort, air quality, etc.)
  • Prepare with CAD software (Autocad) sketches and plans
  • Develop standard plans and technical specifications.
  • Perform work on estimating and verifying costs
  • Initiate less experienced staff and coordinate the work of support staff involved in the delivery of land and building programs


  • Hold a Diploma of College Studies (DEC) in Building Mechanics
  • Fluency in oral and written French
  • Knowledge of Office Suite


  • Knowledge of "Metasys" and "Insight" software
  • Mastering a project drawing software (Autocad)
