About Bromont Campervan
Bromont Campervan is a growing SME specializing in van rentals and conversions. We operate in a high-demand market at the intersection of experiential tourism, mobile autonomy, and van life.
What we want: to structure our operations to support growth, enhance the customer experience, and further develop the conversion aspect.
We are therefore looking for an independent, organized, and solution-oriented individual to become the owner's operational right-hand person!
The Role
Ensure the complete coordination of rental operations and progressively contribute to the development of the conversion aspect.
This position aims to structure and evolve operations to allow the owner to focus on developing the business.
You will therefore have a high level of autonomy in a dynamic environment!Main Responsibilities
1. Customer Experience – Rental and Conversion (before, during, after)
Answer calls and emails
Manage reservations and the calendar
Ensure pre-departure, during, and return follow-ups
Supervise vehicle departures and returns
Manage unforeseen events and emergencies
2. Coordination of rental operations
Logistical organization of departures and returns
Coordination with the person responsible for maintenance
Verification of the general condition of the vans
Preparation of vehicles (as needed, especially in high season)
Maintenance of a uniform quality standard
3. Structuring and improving processes
Implementation of checklists and simple procedures
Standardization of customer responses and follow-ups
Optimization of management tools and the dashboard
Documentation of procedures to ensure continuity
4. Support for the conversion component
Supply of materials and parts
Organization of filing systems
Logistical support for the technician
Participation in the improvement of layout processes
5. Contribution to the company's development
Coordination with suppliers
Management of daily priorities
Support for operational decisions
Active participation in the company's growth
Desired Profile
We are looking for someone who is:
Highly organized and structured
Autonomous and capable of making decisions
Comfortable with customer service
Capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously
Comfortable with digital tools (MS Office and management tools)
Assets:
Basic knowledge of mechanical or design skills
Interest in van life and sustainable tourism
Experience in coordinating operations or managing SMEs
Schedule & Conditions
5 days/week
Approximately 40 hours/week
Some weekends depending on bookings
Partial remote work possible
Two consecutive days off per week
