Cabinetmaker

PLAN B, HR Services is seeking a cabinetmaker for one of its clients located in Joliette who specializes in industrial and commercial painting. Your challenges, your responsibilities:

• Read and interpret plans;
• Create shop drawings;
• Use basic tools such as a router, table saw, and other precision equipment;
• Carry out restoration projects using wood pieces from start to finish.

Key skills and experience sought:

• Experience in cabinetmaking required;
• Knowledge of making traditional windows and baseboards (an asset);
• Knowledge of traditional techniques: working with mortise and tenon joints using traditional techniques (an asset);
• Sense of Organization;
• Autonomy and resourcefulness.
