Your role

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring strategic technical projects. You will act as a key intermediary between clients and internal teams, ensuring successful delivery of deliverables within established deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage the execution of technical equipment design and manufacturing projects

  • Validate technical requirements and collaborate with various departments to resolve issues

  • Plan and track deliverables in engineering, manufacturing, and sales

  • Identify risks, propose solutions, and implement action plans

  • Manage project scope, quality, budget, and timelines

  • Maintain fluid communication with clients and teams Internal

  • Participate in equipment testing, installation, and commissioning

  • Contribute to continuous improvement projects and prioritization meetings

Required profile

  • University degree in administration, engineering, business, or any other training Relevant

  • PMP certification (asset)

  • 8 to 15 years of project management experience in a manufacturing environment (ideally in equipment design/manufacturing)

  • Excellent proficiency in MS Office and MS Project

  • Bilingualism (French and English), Spanish is an asset

  • Results-driven leadership and customer satisfaction

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
