We are seeking a person who is looking for new challenges in a growing and evolving company. We are presently in search for an industrial inside sales representative, at our head office.

Franklin Empire Inc is a family owned company which specializes in the distribution of electrical supplies, lighting, control and automation for new constructions, the renovation and the maintenance of industrial plants, commercial buildings and homes

The industrial inside sales representative will be under the supervision of the director of the branch. The selected person will carry out the following tasks;

Customer Services- Must be attentive to the clients request at all times and must try to increase our sales and profits.
Prepare orders rapidly
Verify and inform clients of back orders
Prepare quotes for new demands
Follow up on quotations
Respond to complaints
 

The person must have the following qualifications;

·         2-3 years of experience in the field

·         DEC

·         Bilingual spoken and written

·         Computer skills

·         Electrical products skills
