Forklift operator (Forklift driver)

Job Description

Established for nearly 70 years on the South Shore of Montreal, Lécuyer et Fils is seeking forklift operators for its concrete parts manufacturing plants.

The main tasks are to operate a forklift to handle factory-fabricated concrete and reinforcing steel parts.

Responsibilities:

Your good memory for locating parts will be greatly appreciated. You will also be required to demonstrate good interpersonal skills with delivery truck drivers and your coworkers.

Prerequisites:

• Experience with a 5-ton or larger forklift
• Valid Class 5 driver's license
• Forklift operator's license
• 1 year of experience handling heavy and bulky loads

Starting salary: $24.73/hour + $1 per month for permanent employment
