The Director is responsible for the overall production of the plant.

He has direct responsibility for safety, quality, service, productivity, installation.

But is also responsible for employee development, staffing, project management .... .

The Director is the main point of contact between management and its employees.

The Director is responsible for developing the culture of his departmentand for successfully leading the operation by practicing the core values  of the company.

For this position We are looking for a strong candidate, with strong human qualities

• Ensure a positive environment safe working environment for all employees.
• Monitor manufacturing operations.
• Manage quality, productivity and maintenance expectations.
• Manage appropriate staffing levels and facilitate employee training, development and career progression.
• Facilitate various operational programs and ensure plant compliance.
• Maintain appropriate communications with other departments.

You:

• University degree in operations management or technical field.
• Excellent leadership skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• 5-10 years of experience in a similar role.
• Exp. in a manufacturing industry.
• Knowledge In the field of welding or CNC
