Quality Insurance coodinator

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated  Quality Insurance Coordinator  to join our CLIENT .

The ideal candidate will have solid experience in the field of quality management in a manufacturing environment.

Main responsibilities:

• Ensure the implementation, monitoring and continuous improvement of the quality management system.
• ensure that quality standards are met at each stage of the production process.
• Conduct internal and external audits to assess compliance with standards.
• Develop and update quality-related procedures and documents.
• Collaborate with the production, engineering and logistics departments to resolve problems quality assurance.
• Participate in the analysis of non-conformities and propose corrective actions.
• Provide training and raise staff awareness of quality standards and best practices.

Job requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance in the manufacturing sector.
• In-depth knowledge of ISO standards and quality management tools (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.).
• Leadership skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Fluency in French and English, communications will often be with your colleagues outside Quebec.
