Construction Sales Representative

We are looking for a Construction Sales Representative for the Montreal region.

The person responsible must demonstrate excellent communication skills and a strong customer service orientation. This person will be in direct contact with customers and will have to demonstrate confidence when interacting with different customers.

The incumbent will have the following responsibilities:

• Advise customers (contractors, contractors) on products and provide personalized technical support;
• Process quote requests received daily;
• Enter and process orders in the system and follow up with suppliers;
• Respond to customer requests about deliveries and transportation of their orders;
• Receive calls efficiently, quickly and professionally;
• Ensure excellent after-sales service;
• Other related tasks.

The sales representative will have to demonstrate the following qualities and skills:

• Sense of customer service customer service and problem solving;
• Positive attitude and active listening;
• Comfortable with teamwork;
• Comfortable with computers and internet research;
• Sales, negotiation, presentation of service offers and quotes skills;
• Good sense of analysis, organization and planning;
• Spoken and written languages: French (required) English (asset);
• Experience in plumbing (asset);
• Hold a civil engineering technique (asset).

Work schedule

Monday to Friday.
