LOGISTICS SUPERVISOR

As a LOGISTICS Supervisor, you will be responsible for planning, organizing and supervising the daily activities of our operational team. You will play a key role in optimizing our processes and achieving our production objectives.

Main responsibilities

• Supervise, train and motivate your team
• Plan and organize work schedules and team rotations
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety and productivity standards
• Participate in the continuous improvement of operational processes
• Manage material and human resources effectively
• Resolve daily operational problems
• Maintain a safe work environment

Requirements

• College diploma in operations management or related field
• 3-5 years of experience supervising a team in a manufacturer
• Excellence in leadership and communication
• Proficiency in common computer tools
• French, functional English (communication with other factories)
