Machinist

We are looking for a qualified Machinist (M/F) to join our production team. The position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and stimulating environment, using state-of-the-art equipment to contribute to the manufacture of high-quality parts.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret technical plans and schematics
• Operate machine tools to machine parts that meet required specifications
• Perform machining operations on CNC lathes and CNC milling machines
• Use measuring instruments such as gauges to verify the accuracy of machined parts
• Perform basic maintenance on machine tools to ensure they are operating properly

Required profile

• Prior experience in the field of manufacturing or machining
• Good understanding of basic mathematics applied to production
• Proficiency in conventional and CNC machining techniques
• Working knowledge of Mazatrol and Fanuc controls is a strong asset
• Ability to work independently while being an effective member of a collaborative team

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Compensation: $21.11 to $38.22 per hour
