Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Technical Advisor to join our team. As an After-Sales Service Expert, you will be the link between customers and the workshop, ensuring an exceptional customer experience and efficient follow-up of mechanical work.

Your main responsibilities:

• Greet and advise customers on necessary services and repairs.
• Perform preliminary diagnostics and explain technical recommendations.
• Prepare quotes and estimate repair costs.
• Coordinate work between technicians and customers.
• Ensure rigorous follow-up of repairs and inform customers of progress.
• Manage warranties and claims with suppliers.
• Maintain excellent customer service by ensuring customer satisfaction.

Required profile :

• Experience as a technical advisor, service consultant, or similar position.
• Knowledge of automotive or heavy vehicle mechanics (depending on the sector).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency with IT tools and workshop management software (e.g., Reynolds & Reynolds, Serti, etc.).
• Valid driver's license (asset depending on the position).
