Boring Mill Operator – Vertical (5+ Years Experience Required)

Hourly Rate: $23.00–$33.00 (Negotiable based on experience)
We are currently seeking an experienced Vertical Boring Mill Operator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is skilled, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a dynamic production environment.
Set up and operate Vertical Boring Mills with minimal supervision
Interpret and work from technical drawings and blueprints
Select appropriate tools, speeds, and feeds for efficient machining
Inspect parts to ensure dimensional accuracy using precision measuring tools
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
Follow safety protocols and production standards
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with boring mills (vertical)
Ability to read and interpret complex engineering blueprints
Proficient with manual or CNC Vertical Boring Mill machines
Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Knowledge of quality control procedures and inspection tools
Experience with CNC programming (Fanuc, Siemens, etc.)
Knowledge of other machining equipment (e.g., lathes, milling machines)
Bilingual (English/French)
