Carpenter-joiner
We are currently looking for a carpenter-joiner, for a permanent, full-time position. The successful candidate must have a strong background in construction.
Duties and Responsibilities:The installer will be responsible for several tasks, including:
- Taking the necessary measurements to prepare plans
- Installing fiberglass and aluminum railings and flooring
- Assisting the Facilities Manager in their tasks
- Ensuring that building material orders are placed on time
- Maintaining and servicing installation equipment
- Managing installer tools
- Any other related tasks
- Performing manual work in collaboration with a work crew under your responsibility.
- Ensuring the quality of work
- Managing operational issues and the materials required for each installation
- Maintaining the cleanliness of Construction sites
The profile we are looking for:
- At least 5 years of experience in the construction field (roofing, siding installation, carpentry)
- Possession of a valid driver's license
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize
- Initiative and thorough in their work
- Good physical condition
- Punctual and reliable
- Comfortable with customer service
Job type: Full-time (April to December)
Salary: $30.00 to $40.00 per hour depending on experience
Working hours:
- Monday to Friday
