Electromechanic

We are looking for an electromechanic for a permanent full-time position

1. Perform regular checks and maintenance (e.g.: lubrication, replacement of defective parts, routine checks);

2. Carry out various repairs, if necessary, then make the necessary adjustments to restart the machine.

3. Diagnosis, location, maintenance and resolution of electrical problems;

4. Assemble the various mechanical parts;

5. Safety/Quality: Ensures that safety and quality objectives are promoted. Works safely and applies the company's safety rules at all times. Makes safety observations and encourages colleagues to always work safely.

6. Communicates internally: Knows how to deal effectively with employees to ensure optimal operations by prioritizing customer requirements and expectations. Is attentive to the needs and concerns of other team members and related departments. Transmits information to ensure the sharing of experiences and to make knowledge and know-how accessible.

7. Participate in the improvement and reliability of equipment: Works in collaboration with his team and multifunctional teams to continually improve work processes. Analyzes its activity, identifies the causes of dysfunction and proposes appropriate corrective measures.
