electromechanic

We are looking for an electrical mechanic for a permanent, full-time position

1. Perform regular inspections and maintenance (e.g., lubrication, replacement of defective parts, routine checks);

2. Carry out various repairs, as needed, and then make the necessary adjustments to restart the machine.

3. Diagnose, locate, maintain, and resolve electrical problems;

4. Assemble various mechanical parts;

5. Safety/Quality: Ensures the promotion of safety and quality objectives. Works safely and practices the company's safety rules at all times. Makes safety observations and encourages colleagues to always work safely.

6. Communicates internally: Ability to deal effectively with employees to ensure optimal operations by prioritizing customer requirements and expectations. Is attentive to the needs and concerns of other team members and related departments. Transmits information to ensure experience sharing and make knowledge and expertise accessible.

7. Participate in equipment improvement and reliability: Works collaboratively with your team and cross-functional teams to continuously improve work processes. Analyzes activity, identifies causes of malfunctions, and proposes appropriate corrective measures.
