Job Title: Refrigeration Technician

Salary: $25 to $40 per hour, depending on experience

We are currently seeking a motivated and passionate Refrigeration Technician to join our dynamic team and contribute to our mission of providing healthier and more comfortable indoor environments.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, diagnose, and repair refrigeration, air conditioning, and ventilation (HVAC) systems

• Read and interpret technical plans, schematics, and specifications

• Verify proper equipment operation and make necessary adjustments

• Conduct preventive and corrective inspections according to Safety Standards

• Maintain up-to-date maintenance records

• Collaborate with production, engineering, and customer service teams

• Comply with applicable environmental and safety standards

Requirements

• DEP in refrigeration or a related field

• Valid competency certificate in refrigeration (excluding construction)

• Minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience

• Knowledge of commercial and/or industrial refrigeration systems

• Proficiency with refrigeration tools diagnostics and measurement

• Valid driver's license

• Autonomy, rigor, good analytical skills, and attention to detail

Assets

• Experience in a manufacturing environment

• Knowledge of electricity or building mechanics

• Bilingualism (French/English)
