Heavy Machinery Mechanic – with Welding Skills

We are looking for a versatile heavy equipment mechanic to maintain and repair our equipment, including cranes, heavy trucks, trailers, and specialized tools. Welding skills are highly desirable for performing structural repairs on equipment.

Main Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive maintenance and mechanical repairs on:
• Mobile cranes
• Heavy trucks (Class 8)
• Trailers and specialized machinery
• Diagnose hydraulic, electrical, or mechanical failures
• Perform welding (MIG, TIG, or arc) on equipment structures
• Ensure all equipment is safe and compliant
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Required profile:

• DEP in construction machinery mechanics, heavy vehicles, or training equivalent
• Welding experience (essential)
• 3 years of relevant experience (an asset)
• Initiative and autonomy
• Ability to work outdoors occasionally
• Valid driver's license (class 3 an asset)
