Plumbing Heating Estimator

SHORT DESCRIPTION OF THE JOB:

• Tender visits (presentation of calls for tenders by the client/professionals);
• Invitations to tender (Subcontractors and suppliers);
• Estimation of plumbing/heating using estimation software;
• Reading of quotes and addenda;
• Reasoning of the call for tender, indicating the specific needs of the calls for tender.
• Preparation of bids and making deposits (in person or electronically). You must stay for the opening of the envelopes if possible;
• "R&D": Improvements to software, methodologies or research into new technologies or tools that could improve the achievement of the challenges of the calls for tenders (execution).
