Quality Management System Specialist

AN OVERVIEW OF THE CHALLENGES AHEAD:

System related:

• Responsible for document management system (QMS);
• Act as main internal auditor;
• Manage external audits;
• Manage internal CAPA and provide support to users;
• Manage the environmental management system (EMS);
• Responsible for management review process;
• Manage of the software validation program;
• Support training activities related to quality management principles;
• Support the health and safety program;

Operation related:

• Support the calibration/maintenance process;
• Support the electrostatic discharge prevention program;
• Support supplier CAPAs (SCARs);
• Support non-conformance handling;

Continuous improvement:

• Optimise quality key performance indicators (KPIs);
• Manage and/or guide improvement projects within the organization (change agent);
• Analyse data, publish reports, suggest actions;
• All other related tasks.

YOU WILL IMPRESS US IF YOU HAVE:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering) or related field or equivalent experience;
• Experience: Ideally 3 years and more related experience and/or training in quality system management, quality engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience;
• Knowledge: Quality management standard requirements (i.e. ISO 9001, AS9100, ISO13485), general knowledge of SAP or other MRP system, general knowledge of office application software (Excel, Word, etc.), knowledge of statistical methods and project management;
• Assets: Experience working in JIRA environment, knowledge of avionic industry and AMO;
• Profile: Ability to interact with internal customers, understand their needs, their goals while proposing solutions and supporting implementation of actions, ability to develop quality plans setting expectations and tracking progress;
• Languages: French and English (verbal and written) given various communications with our global entities.
